Standard Package

Perfect for couples looking for a full wedding day experience with exclusive access to the venue and all primary event spaces.

Includes:

  • Exclusive venue access from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM

  • Tables, chairs, and linens for up to 100 guests

  • Bridal Suite

  • Waterfront ceremony deck

  • Pavilion reception space

Ultimate Package

Ideal for couples who want extra time, flexibility, and a relaxed wedding experience with an overnight stay.

Includes:

  • Exclusive access from 3:00 PM the day before through 10:00 PM on your wedding day

  • Overnight stay in the Bridal Suite the night before the wedding

  • Tables, chairs, and linens for up to 100 guests

  • Bridal Suite

  • Waterfront ceremony deck

  • Pavilion reception space

  • Groomsman Building

This package allows for a more unhurried setup, rehearsal, and wedding day flow.

Grand Elopement

Decorating Packages are an additional investment and may be added to any of the following: Standard Package, Ultimate Package, Grand Elopement, and
Mini Elopement. These packages are optional enhancements that allow our team to fully style and execute your décor vision, so you can enjoy your day without managing the details.

  • Linens and decor for up to 15 guest tables + head table

  • Centerpieces, flowers, and/or table runners

  • Aisle décor (florals or available decorative elements)

  • Final approval one month prior (photos or Pinterest board encouraged)

Set Up & Clean Up Upgrade

Booking & Customization

To reserve your date, a $1,500 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early, as prime dates fill quickly. Every event at Whispering Woods can be thoughtfully customized to reflect your vision.
Our team is happy to help tailor décor, layout, and details to create a celebration that feels uniquely yours.
